Science of it 

Method:

Equipment

• Pot
• 5 tablespoons Sugar
• 2 tablespoons Golden Syrup 
• 1 tablespoons of Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate)
• Wooden Spoon for mixing 
• Stove or Bunsen burner
• Baking Paper

Instructions 

1. Get your equipment ready.
2. Set up your Bunsen burner.
3. Put your pot on the Bunsen burner (Stove)
4. Use it safety.
5. Add the sugar and golden syrup to the pot. 
6. Mix it with the wooden spoon.
7. Stop mixing and turn off the Bunsen or stove when the sugar begins to boil.
8. Add the Baking Powder and mix.
9. Pour the mixture onto the baking paper.
10. Let it cool.
11.  And have fun with the hokey pokey.

T4 W1 Uncle Don Knows Heaps of Wacky Stuff Stoats

Hello there My name is Payton-jai.

On this week of Uncle Don we chose some fact and i chose stoats because I never hear of. Them and I want to learn about them more so this is why I made some facts about them so have a good day see you next time.

Reflection: 

I love this and learning about them and I never new they where on this plant and they are very cute and I want to make. One of them as one of my pets so I can keep forever but I can't because there bad in a house they will destroyed the house and that is a lot of money to fix all of the stuff that stoats that destroyed.

So today we did a DLO so I use canva and I put on there some facts about Koura and I did not know a lot of them there is four facts about them.

Reflection:

I did not know them at all now I know some of them and there are very cool about and. about the DLO I love it I never use canva  

HERE IT IS. 

Skittles Colour Experiment

 Aim:

I want to find out what happens when I put Skittle into water

Method:

Equipment 

• Skittles  

•  Petri Dish 

•  Warm water 

•  Beaker 

• White background

Instructions

1. Get a equipment

2. Put 8x Skittles in the Petri dish 

3. Spread the Skittles out evenly.

4. Gently pour warm water into the middle of the petri dish

5. Don't overfill the petri dish 

6. Observe and record what happens 

Prediction

I think that I will see is a cool colour

Discussion: 

1. The colour dissolved.

2. The colour spread out in the water

3. The colour did not mix. The colour had different solubilities. 

 

Hands on fire

 Aim:

I want to safety set my hands on fire.

Equipment:

• Safety Glasses
• Detergent
• Lighter
• Gas
• Hose
• Water
• Container

Instructions:

1. Get your equipment.
2. Put your safety glasses on.
3. Fill your container with water.
4. Put some detergent into the water.
5. connect the hose to the gas tap and put the other end into the water.
6. Turn on the gas. 
7. tie up any log hair. 
8. wet your hands, wrist, arms to your elbows.
9. with two hands, scoop the bubbles
10. Extend your arms in front of your face.
11. Don't not pull your hands away. 
12. set the bubbles on fire with the lighter.
13. To get rid of the fire, slowly open your hands into the Ironman pose.

Result:

I saw a big orange ball of fire that went up to the roof
